Grading Routine
Enter the space and bow in front of the camera. Introduce yourself saying:
● Your Name
● Your Country
● Your Age
After that, you go to your left and you start performing the exercises that you find bellow. Perform these exercises in the best way you can, following the standard techniques of each movement with all the details that Wei Shifu taught you during the program.
● Front kicks x 6
● Outside kicks x 6
● Inside kicks x 6
● Side kicks x 6 left side
● Side kicks x 6 right side
● Punch kick x 6
● Push kick x 6
● Snap kick - Jump Kick x 2 and finish with MaBu Wei
● Front Sweep
● Back Sweep
● Five Steps Form
● YI HA HA Smashing Fist x 4
Bow and that is all.

As you can see here, these videos don't have cuts. So, please don't make cuts or editions on your video submission.
Video Settings
How to make the grading video for your certification
Video Format
You can record vertical or horizontal. But we recommend horizontal format, just like the video examples.
Stabilization
Please use a tripod or ask someone to record you. We don't accept very shaky videos, where your movements are unclear.
Resolution
The video needs to be at least HD, that means: 1280px by 720px. But you also can record in a higher resolution. For example Full HD or 4k works great.
Light
We recommend to record outside with daylight or in a place with a good illumination. We can't accept a dark video, where we can't appreciate your movements.
Upload the video
to any website or platform and submit your video link
After you record yourself and you are happy with your performance, you need to upload
the video and submit the link in the application form. You can upload your video to any video platform or cloud storage service that you use. The most important is that we can watch your video without any trouble.
These are the most common websites that our students use: Youtube, Vimeo, DropBox, Google Drive or iCloud.
