MAT Martial Arts Training (“MAT”) is a DBA of Dragons Warriors LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In this Policy, “MAT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MAT Martial Arts Training and its legal operator, Dragons Warriors LLC.

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to all use of the Services, including:

  • Your account and purchased program access.
  • Comments, messages, reviews, testimonials, community posts, and support communications.
  • Images, videos, certification submissions, personal-review submissions, and other materials you provide.
  • Your interaction with instructors, staff members, contractors, students, and other users.
  • Any automated, technical, or commercial use of the Website or Services.

Lawful and responsible use

You may use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy, our Terms of Service, our Disclaimer, and any instructions or conditions provided with a particular program or feature.

You may not use the Website or Services to engage in, promote, facilitate, encourage, or assist conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or intended to violate the rights of another person.

Accounts and access

Your account and program access are personal to you unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.

You may not:

  • Share your login credentials or allow another person to use your account without authorization from MAT.
  • Sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, exchange, or commercially distribute your account or program access.
  • Access or attempt to access another person’s account.

  • Use another person’s payment method without authorization.

A parent or legal guardian may purchase or manage access for a minor where permitted by the applicable offer. A legitimate gift purchase may also be permitted when authorized by MAT or supported by the applicable checkout process.

Training content and physical safety

MAT provides martial-arts and physical-training instruction for legitimate educational, fitness, cultural, sporting, and personal-development purposes.

You may not use the Services or MAT training content to:

  • Plan, threaten, encourage, promote, or carry out unlawful violence, abuse, coercion, harassment, or deliberate harm.
  • Teach or provide MAT training content to others as part of an unauthorized commercial program, course, membership, or service.

  • Use weapons, partner techniques, throws, takedowns, joint manipulation, sparring, acrobatics, or other higher-risk activities unlawfully or irresponsibly.
  • Represent that MAT has approved an unsafe, unlawful, or unauthorized use of its instruction.

Legitimate martial-arts education, personal training, lawful competition, supervised practice, historical discussion, performance, and lawful self-defense education are not prohibited merely because they involve martial-arts techniques.

All participation remains subject to the health and safety requirements explained in our Disclaimer.

  • Use artificial intelligence, bots, fabricated identities, or another method to create fake reviews, testimonials, comments, or endorsements.

Materials that MAT expressly makes available for download may be used personally in accordance with the applicable program instructions and our Terms of Service. Permission to download material does not grant permission to redistribute or commercially exploit it.

Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright and DMCA Policy.

Payment, refund, and promotional abuse

You may not misuse MAT’s payment, refund, guarantee, discount, credit, or promotional systems.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using stolen, fraudulent, unauthorized, or falsified payment information.
  • Making a purchase without intending to complete an agreed payment plan.
  • Submitting knowingly false refund claims or falsely claiming that an authorized transaction was unauthorized.
  • Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute to retain both the program access and the purchase funds.

  • Selling, transferring, exchanging, or converting promotional credits or discounts into cash without authorization.
  • Using MAT to process, collect, route, or facilitate payments on behalf of another business, organization, or person without authorization.

Nothing in this section prevents you from making a legitimate refund request, reporting an unauthorized transaction, exercising an applicable money-back guarantee, contacting your payment provider, or using a consumer right available under applicable law.

System and security abuse

You may not interfere with, compromise, or misuse the security, integrity, availability, or operation of the Website or Services.

You may not:

  • Access or attempt to access accounts, data, systems, servers, or networks without authorization.
  • Probe, scan, test, or exploit a vulnerability without prior written authorization.
  • Bypass authentication, security, usage, geographic, payment, or access-control measures.
  • Intercept, monitor, alter, extract, or collect communications or data without authorization.
  • Introduce malicious code or use the Services to distribute malware.
  • Conduct or assist denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, broadcast attacks, or other attempts to overload or disrupt the Services.
  • Use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, automated browsers, or similar systems to access, copy, index, extract, or interact with the Services without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code, security controls, private APIs, authentication methods, or non-public technical information except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Use the Services in a manner that places an unreasonable load on systems or materially interferes with another user’s access.
  • Conceal your identity or technical origin for the purpose of fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or evading enforcement.

Reporting a suspected security vulnerability

If you discover a suspected security vulnerability through ordinary use of the Services, please report it promptly to mat@martialarts.training.

Do not exploit the vulnerability, access or modify another person’s data, disrupt the Services, demand payment through threats, or publicly disclose sensitive technical details before MAT has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

This reporting process does not by itself authorize security testing. Any planned vulnerability testing requires prior written authorization from MAT or the applicable system owner.

Privacy and personal information

You may not use the Services to collect, disclose, sell, publish, or otherwise process another person’s personal information without their knowledge, authorization, or another lawful basis.

You may not use information obtained through MAT to send spam, harass users, build unauthorized marketing lists, conduct identity theft, commit fraud, or create unauthorized profiles or databases.

When submitting a video, image, recording, testimonial, or other material that includes another person, you are responsible for obtaining the permissions required to submit that material.

Additional information about MAT’s handling of personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Parts of the Services may be provided through third-party platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, social networks, analytics providers, or communication services.

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s acceptable-use rules, terms, and policies. Conduct prohibited by an applicable third-party provider may result in restrictions affecting your ability to use the relevant MAT feature or Service.

Moderation

MAT is not required to pre-screen or continuously monitor every submission, message, or activity. However, we may review, moderate, restrict, or remove content when reasonably necessary to:

  • Enforce this Policy or our Terms of Service.
  • Protect users, instructors, staff members, third parties, or MAT.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, infringement, unlawful activity, or security threats.
  • Respond to a complaint, legal request, court order, or regulatory obligation.
  • Maintain the security, functionality, and integrity of the Services.

Moderation does not mean that MAT endorses, verifies, or accepts responsibility for User Content.

Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that this Policy has been violated, we may take action appropriate to the nature, severity, frequency, and potential impact of the conduct.

Actions may include:

  • Requesting additional information or corrective action.
  • Issuing a warning.
  • Removing or restricting content.
  • Limiting particular features or activities.
  • Temporarily suspending access while an issue is investigated.
  • Terminating an account or program access for a serious or repeated violation.
  • Blocking fraudulent transactions or cancelling improperly obtained credits or benefits.
  • Preserving relevant records and reporting suspected unlawful conduct when required or permitted by applicable law.

Where reasonable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation. We may take immediate action without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect users, instructors, intellectual property, payment systems, personal information, or the security and operation of the Services.

Suspension or termination for a violation does not automatically create a right to a refund. Applicable money-back guarantees and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded will continue to apply according to their terms.

Review of an enforcement decision

If you believe that content was removed or your access was restricted by mistake, you may contact us at mat@martialarts.training and provide the information reasonably necessary for us to review the decision.

Submitting a request does not guarantee reversal of the decision, but we will consider the relevant information in good faith.

Reporting violations

If you become aware of conduct that may violate this Policy, please contact mat@martialarts.training and include sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the report.

Do not use the reporting process to submit knowingly false, misleading, retaliatory, or abusive complaints.

If a situation involves an immediate threat to safety or a possible emergency, contact the emergency services available in your location. MAT’s email and support systems are not emergency services.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our Services, technologies, risks, business practices, or legal obligations change.

When we update it, we will revise the “Last updated” date below. Material changes may also be communicated through the Website, by email, or through another appropriate method.

Acceptance of this Policy

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to comply with it.
